CALGARY - Agrium Inc. (TSX:AGU) has hit a snag in the American antitrust review of its proposed US$2.65-billion takeover of UAP Holding Corp., but a spokesman for the agricultural products company said Monday he's optimistic the deal will wrap up this quarter.
